Liliana Bakayoko is both a theoretician and a legal practitioner, and she is qualified in both French and Bulgarian law.
She has completed a full university course at the University Panthéon-Assas (Paris II), where she defended her doctoral thesis The Legal Commitment (L’engagement en droit) and obtained her PhD, in 2003. She also received a post-master’s degree in Bulgarian law, at the Sofia University St Kliment Ohridski.
In 2003, Liliana Bakayoko obtained the Professional Lawyer’s Certificate from the School of Professional Training of the Bars of the Paris Court of Appeal (École de Formation professionnelle des Barreaux de la cour d’appel de Paris (EFB)). In 2010, she obtained the Certificate of Legal Capacity in Bulgaria.
Liliana Bakayoko works in cooperation with many lawyers, some of whom are qualified in Bulgarian law, and others – in French law.
